At Daily Charme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail polishes and tools cannot be returned.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, include your RMA form, and ship the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
